At phdjokes.com, we sell a mix of digital products and print-on-demand merchandise. Because these product types work differently, our return and refund policy depends on what you purchased.

Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, PDFs)

All digital products sold on this website are non-refundable.

Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to:

• PDFs and guides

• Templates (Notion, Google Sheets, planners, trackers)

• Downloadable files, joke packs, or digital bundles

Why?
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once accessed.

Exceptions
We will consider a refund only if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product

• The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working version

If you face a technical issue, please contact us and we’ll fix it.

Print-on-Demand Products (Merch, Mugs, Apparel)

Our physical products are printed on demand specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

However, we do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item is misprinted

• The wrong product was received

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
